On April 17, 2010 PSU and PSU Wittayanusorn School signed an MOU with Kazan State University (KSU), Russia aiming at promoting cooperation in staff and student exchange, lecturer and expert exchange between KSU and PSU and PSU Wittayanusorn School, academic activities in science and technology, especially science contests between Thai and Russian students and producing various types of educational materials in the Thai language. The purpose is to develop educational quality of the two countries so as to attain world class status starting from the Mathayomsuksa or high school level.
The MOU was signed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tawat Chittrakarn, Vice President for Planning and Development, Assoc. Prof. Waran Tanchaiswad, Vice President for Human Resources Development and Director of PSU Wittayanusorn School, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aranya Chaowalit, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Asst. Prof Dr. Sakchai Prechaverakul, Director of the Computer Center, on the Thai party, and Prof. I. Gafurov, President and the administrative team on the Kazen State University party.
